Risk Tolerance
Advisors Intelligence provides an automated process to generate client risk scores that calculate a S&P 500 beta score to measure risk tolerance for investment clients. These scores then can be compared to model portfolio betas that are stored in the Model Portfolio's module. The Investment Policy Statement (IPS) workflow uses all this data, stored in the suitability section.
Survey
Advisors Intel automates the process to continually survey your clients. Two weeks after a clients' birthday, Advisors Intel will send them a survey. The survey is sent to Investment clients that have been with you for at least one year and it is resent every year until it is completed. It is resent every 2 years after completed and returns to every year if the 2 year survey is not submitted.
Tax Associate Upload Notification
When the client uploads tax documents to the portal, the system will wait 4 hours and then create a task for the Tax Associate, notifying them that the client uploaded tax documents. The system waits 4 hours to create the task so the Tax Associate only gets notified once, if the client uploads documents at different times of the day.
Tax Preparation BluePrint
If your firm prepares tax returns, our Tax Preparation Blueprint will automatically keep the process moving forward in a quick manner. Our system does not process tax returns, it tracks the return preparation process. Moving tax documents is easy using our client portal powered by Workdrive.
Tax Return Client Approval or Rejection
The Client Portal contains an automated process that will notify the tax preparer when a client approves/rejects tax returns.
If it is a 1040/individual return, then the system will automatically update the 1040 Tax blueprint based upon their decision and keep the tax preparation process moving forward.
Trading - Model Assignments, Cash Needs, etc.
Advisors Intelligence provides a process to handle trading tasks for model assignments, rebalance, cash requests, trade requests, holding restrictions, and portfolio comparisons. The Desk ticket system is the engine behind trading. This work can be done in either CRM or Desk.
